From Apprentice Roots
 

After having a personal interest in computers from a young age, I started my career as an Apprentice IT Technician in an educational setting, where I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of networking:

• Crimping, patching, and documenting new ports.
• Configuring and documenting network switches.
• Managing, deploying, and monitoring wireless access points.
• Moving and decommissioning outdated CAT5 spec patch panels or network points.
• General maintenance of CCTV systems

This foundational period was crucial in developing my technical skills, problem-solving abilities and most importantly passion for networking infrastructure.

Excelling as a 2nd Line Technician

As a 2nd Line Technician, I handle more complex technical challenges and hone my expertise in network management and infrastructure. My ability to resolve issues and deliver excellent support distinguishes me in the field.

At Link IT Cambridge, we focus on delivering tailored solutions with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Link IT Cambridge LTD, as a company, was incorporated July 2024 - however with my background in IT I bring an extensive experience with networking systems & infrastructure to ensure all projects are suited to your needs.
